YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Yoga for athletes is a combination of traditional yoga, core work and mobility drills, combined with breath work, carefully curated to enhance an athletes performance, prevent injury, and keep the body and mind healthy.

These classes can be tailored to individuals or groups, sports specific or general, based on restrictions an athlete normally encounters.
