I've been a bit uninspired over breakfasts lately but I made these oats to take to a football game this weekend as I knew I wouldn't get chance to grab something decent and they got me all inspired again!! Creamy, filling and packed with carbs, fats and protein and filling enough to get you through till lunchtime!
• 40g oats (I used Flahavans jumbo oats)
•100ml coconut milk
•100g coconut yoghurt
• 20g Kin OMG NO WHEY in coconut
• Chopped strawberries
• 1tbsp Pip 'N Nut peanut butter
Combine the oats, yoghurt, milk and protein in an airtight container and mix well. Store in the fridge overnight. Add the strawberries, peanut butter and coconut before eating (or like me before leaving the house!) and eat!!
