Ingredients
1 cup oats 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp honey splash vanilla extract 1 cup almond milk 1 tbsp almond butter
Method
Combine all ingredients in a jar and add a lid/cover and seal for a minimum of 2 hours (overnight works best but add a little more milk before eating) and voila! Super quick, super tasty and super easy! And they taste freakin' amazing!
