Smoothie Time!


There's something about the sun and summer that makes me go smoothie crazy! This afternoon I was craving chocolate and banana so whipped up this little beauty to pack in some protein and hit my sweet tooth!

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana (unfrozen is fine but frozen gives it a more creamy texture) 200ml coconut milk (I use Koko Dairy Free) 25g Chocolate whey ( I used Reflex One Stop) 1 tbsp Hi- Pro Smooth Peanut Butter

Method

Pop all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth- easy!

If you don't have or want to use whey, chocolate coconut milk gives a really nice taste too (I love Alpro) so sub the whey and coconut milk for this if you prefer and enjoy! x
