Hey, I'm Zoe!
Time was precious to me, a work-life balance needed, and a complete overhaul of my entire existence simply had to happen. After 15 years in the corporate rat race, it was time to leave a professional career in business development, and form a new life, filled with fun, love, and a whole heap of my new found calling, yoga. With the stress of a corporate life is behind me, in early 2016 I started helping people rediscover their self worth and confidence through yoga and coaching, and began the journey to turn my passion for a healthy, wellbeing lifestyle into my main business and preferred way of life.
I'm a big believer that we all deserve health and happiness and there are steps we can all make to take our lives there. 5 years ago I was a burnt out, stressed, anxious person. I never believed I was worth investment of time or money and always put myself last. Over the last few years, I've invested heavily in myself. Mentors, coaches and training courses gave me the motivation to believe in myself and finally become the woman I was always destined to be and I finally let go of the negative thoughts that were holding me back.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. In my early years I was a gymnast and competitive swimmer, and more recently I find solace in the CrossFit box. I'm happiest when moving and see exercise not only as beneficial for my body, but also my mind.
I'm a qualified fitness instructor and yoga instructor based in Birmingham, UK. I have studied and also hold certificates in mindfulness, sport and exercise nutrition, life coaching and NLP. I offer weekly live yoga classes throughout the Midlands, interactive online yoga videos, private one to one instruction, and international wellbeing and lifestyle retreats. I speak at national events and conferences and also offer one to one life coaching and mentoring.
